Rocky I just wanted to pass along how pleased I am with the products and service you have provided me and wanted to give you the opportunity to pass this along to other potential customers.
I originally was searching EBay for a Wakeboard Tower and found one at the best price out there. When I researched a bit more I found that they were located within a few hours of my home town, which gave me an even higher level of comfort. I phoned Rocky and he was quick to answer and walked me through the options of each product. I placed and order, paid with PayPal, and had the product shipped and received within three days. It’s so very rare in this day and age that you get good, quick service. After receiving and unpacking the tower any final reservation about the quality or completeness of the package went away. It was well packed, no scratches, all the hardware was included and the install went as described. I was so pleased, I phoned Rocky back for a speaker / light bar, and two racks. The next issue was these weren’t available yet as his new shipment had not arrived, but I had a date with the lake, and needed them sooner than his shipment. Instead of Rocky leaving it at that, he offered to contact the manufacture and see if he could arrange a special shipment. Again going above and beyond what most sellers ever do. Within another week I have received the second order all the way from the China, and it’s every bit as good as the first.
The bottom line is if you are at all concerned about ordering from Rocky don’t be, the prices are great, everything is as advertised, and the service is second to none.
